Review content:
Savoy is a hole in the wall place with panelled walls. Nothing fancy but the pizza is pretty tasty. Probably the best in town since most places serve frozen already made pizzas. The cheese is the real stuff and very tasty sausage and sauce. I'm from Chicago and I am still looking for the best pizza in MPLS, which is hard to do cuz no one can make it like they do in Chicago.
Pros: Tasty pizza, service is A+, casual atmosphere
Cons: hole in the wall, lines can get long
