Review content:
We decided to finish our lower level that would include a media room in the fall of 2010. Checked out local home theater companies and decided to work with The Sound Room. Our decision was based on our sale consultant, Jered Nagle. Jered was very knowledgeable and most importantly returned emails and phone calls promptly. After getting a proposal from The Sound Room we realized that we had to complete our media room in 2 phases due to budget constraint. Jered was very understanding; he revised our proposal and gave us different options to choose from. We ended up having the Sound Room pre-wired our lower level and we would wait to get the Media room completed once we had the budget to do so.
Jered kept us informed of store sales and promotions without being pushy. It is because of Jered that were able to get our Media Room completed earlier then plan and with a major upgraded projector and screen. Our installation team was wonderful, they took the time to explain all the equipment they installed and everything was clean up before they left. All issues were promptly addressed and resolved. Great Customer service.
The sound and picture quality of our projector and cinema wide screen is unbelievable. It really does feel like we are in a movie theater. As my 11 and 9 year old said Its most amazing!.
Overall the Sound Room was great to work with and I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
