Review content:
I will never, ever use this place again; there are salons with far, far better customer service out there. I had been getting my haircut at this salon for over two years but decided to switch after the owner, Rita, would not refund my money on a product that simply did not work as advertised. She agreed to give me a 15% discount, which I was not happy since the product was really substandard, but I chose to accept the deal. I was told by one of the receptionists that the discount would be linked to my account and that all I had to do was come in, purchase a product and the discount would be applied. A couple of months later, I stopped in to pick up some shampoo. When I asked about the discount, I was told that there was no record of it. What?! That's *completely* uncool. When I spoke to Rita about it, she would not honor the 15% discount and would only offer 5%. Keep in mind that I had been going to this salon for over two years and was spending $90 per month *every* single month. That's over $2,100 in the time that I was there, so I do consider myself to be what any business would call a ""good customer"" and was really surprised that they would treat a good customer so poorly. Hope the few dollars you ""saved"" was worth it, Rita.
