Review content:
This was the WORST restaurant experience I ever had. The server (#8) was doing the best she could. the problem was with the kitchen and then the management. after telling manager #1 ""Al"" of our dissatisfaction, his remedy was to remove the tip and $8.00 from the check. after explaining the problem was with the kitchen and that the server should not suffer. I then told Al he was a bad manager and did not know his job. Then manager #2 ""Bruno"" came to the table pointing his finger in my face tell me not to insult Al, I explained I was not insulting him I was just making an accurate statement. Bruno then proceeded to give me the middle finger and said that he would ""STICK HIS FINGER UP MY ASS"". No profanity was used by any of the parties. Please do not patronize this place, there are plenty of other places to eat. try them. LM
