I recently scheduled my appoint here to get my hair fixed up for a small get-together I was going to with a couple of my close friends. I went into the place and it looked pleasing. It looked very professional compared to the other salons in the area. This was my first time going to salon 23 and it was very nice. The people are very pleasing to talk to and they know how to carry on a conversation. A+
Pros: Talanted stylsts, friendly, very nice atmosphere
