Review content:
The ambience at Prickly Pear is nice, and the staff is nice as well; there are also vegetarian options. However, the rice was bland, as was the salsa, and there were unlisted ingredients in my enchilada (fruit) that I didn't like. The food was also pretty cold by the time I got it. I think this place is overrated and the food is not good enough to justify the prices.
