I am a regular client of Rt44. I find the staff to be fine. What appalled me was the rudeness of the people coming in to the walk in. Swearing loudly as part of routine conversation, sometimes to friends, family or children, use of cell phones when signs clearly ask that they not be used, swearing at the secretaries, when they are trying to help, calling the secretaries liars, and refusing to follow directions are just a few of the things I've witnessed on a regular basis. I have seen people push elderly people out of their way and not seem to care. Would these patients like it if they were treated the same way? No.
Pros: wonderful care, convenience, and friendly.
