Review content:
I made an immigration physical appointment here for my husband same day I called and was initially very excited by the willingness of the staff to assist. When we arrived the receptionist asked who was being seen. I gave my husbands name, she asked mine then proceeded to ask if I was being seen. I again gave my husbands name she sighed and asked for a photo ID. We gave her his photo ID then she argued with me that we were told to bring a passport. (which we weren't) When I told her we weren't and asked for another appt. She threw around her appointment book and muttered. ""WELL I DON""T BELIEVE THAT YOU WEREN""T TOLD TO BRING A PASSPORT"".
I am sorry, but I will not visit a place where I am called an outright liar and treated like dirt. I obtained another same day appointment in Hanover and we were treated VERY well.
If you are dying don't stop here they won't do anything but argue and raise your bloodpressure for you to kick sooner....
If you aren't dying find a reputable drs office that treats patients with respect.
