i've been to lots of shops good and bad but by far upgrade has been the best and most consistent shop. they sell products that work not just for looks. they will work for customer satisfaction in the way that if there is a product cheaper and better than the one the customer is asking for he will explain why its better for his car versus the other product, also if they do not carry the product they will try to direct you in the right direction. they've also been around for either over or around 15 years, being honest and knowledgable i think is the cause for the years in business
