You were hired by the buyer of our home in Venice. The inspector was great; we had remodeled the entire building a decade ago, knew the structure inside and out, and concurred with his opinion 100%. Buying (and selling) a home, is a very stressful affair. Your inspector had such a light touch and great sense of humor that he managed to relax everyone. We will definitely use LaRocca next time we are looking to purchase a home.
