This service posts business hours of Mon-Fri: 7:00-7:00pm Sat: 8-1pm. On a Tuesday I dropped off a suit and other clothes to be dry cleaned. The suit was to be worn at a wedding on the following Sunday. I was instructed to pick up my suit three days later on a Friday after 5pm. I went to this business on that Friday at 6pm, a full one before closing hours, to find the door locked and the lights out. There wasn't any sign to indicate early closing hours nor was I ever informed of a early closing. I thought ""no big deal, I'll just come in Saturday to get my suit"". But then I saw a sign in the window that said ""CLOSED on Saturday for July 4th"". I called the business immediately and left several voice messages. No one ever called back. I ended up having to wear a crumpled backup suit to the wedding. Even after a week I never received a courtesy phone call. I went and picked up my suit a week after it was supposed to be ready. I complained to the attendant about the situation. Pretty much all I got from that person was ""I'm sorry about that...that'll be $10 for the dry cleaning"". I even asked this attendant to have the owner call me. Its been another week and still no phone call. Sadly, this business appears as though they could care less about running an honest business. There are so many other dry cleaning services in the area so I'd recommend you use one of them instead and not this service if you have a concern about timely completion of services.
