Review content:
Having lived in a number of terrible apartment complexes across LA County I know a thing or two about terrible places and Parkwood Apartments is the most horrible place you could imagine living in. Gang members hang out around the premises day and night at all hours, selling drugs in broad daylight. Grafitti tagging and car vandalism happens EVERY day (not exaggerating). Fights happen in the parking lot, hallways, and on Pioneer Blvd outside the entrances. Police helicopters shining spotlights at the apartment complex are a nightly occurence as somebody is getting arrested here practically everyday. Morning raids by teams of LA Sheriffs serving warrants are fairly frequent.
I cannot encourage you enough not to rent or even visit this place. Can you really put a price on your security and peace of mind?
