Review content:
I went to the Shelton Auto Spa today on 04/05/2010 and wanted to get an oil change and car wash. I pulled up, waited about 15 minutes before my car could even advance one car closer to getting the oil change. A couple of workers walked by me and didn't even acknowledge I was even there even though I was next in line. Then a truck pulled up behind me and waited a while, walked in and asked one of the employees a question, and then I heard him say...""I'm not waiting any longer"" and left the line leaving me as the only person waiting. I waited 10 more minutes, cleaned out the inside of my car myself and still nobody assisted me. So, in my anger, I left the premises and decided to go somewhere else some other time because The Shelton Auto Spa took up all of my break time without even helping me. As I pulled around I see the workers outside chatting sociably and not even working at all. I'll never go there again.
Cons: They never helped me! They were too busy chatting.
