I was in town for a week on business and absolutely loved the Hotel Monaco. The hotel is warm, comfortable, and beautiful and (though the front desk staff is a bit chilly), the rest of the staff is wonderfully professional, courteous, and friendly. The door staff was especially accomodating and friendly...I loved the super comfortable down beds, turndown service, the beautiful lobby, the altitude adjustment hour (free wine! and a chance to be social), and the bathroom stocked with aveda products...This is a super hotel!
Pros: beautiful accomodatio, great location, terrific staff
Cons: no street parking
