My birthday present was to come to Denver and stay at this hotel. From the very beginning this hotel left me wishing we had selected other accommodations. The greeting out front by the ""valet"" was horrendous - not even a smile or explanation of ANYTHING! I travel often both domestically and internationally and have never encountered such ridiculously rude behavior by the front desk staff! I was shocked. I stayed for two nights and the service NEVER improved. No friendly advise for hot spots or restaurants! And the rooms were small and gaudy. The only bright spot was a bellman who was extremely helpful and pleasant! NEVER AGAIN!
Cons: Terrible parking, awful service, overpriced
