Fallon Photos took about a 9 months to get my album and video. And I had to wait about 7 months to get my proofs. While I love my album and video, I can't say I loved the experience I had with Marty and Chris. First, they are so expensive and since I was paying so much I thought the turn around time would have been better and I also expected to get phone calls back when following up....they make many promises they can't keep as far as deadlines. I also noticed that not all my proofs were given to me...this is very frustrating because when I look at my video I see them taking a great picture, yet it's not in my proof album...very strange. I feel like they rush to do everything and are way over their heads. Not to mentioned that when my relatives and I decide to order from them it takes about a month to get one photo in...not to mention one reprint will cost you $15. Now, this is after I paid $7,500 for everything else...I would HIGHLY suggest you use a photographer that will give you the rights to your photos and who are priced a bit more reasonable. I was thinking of giving our relatives a nice album or collage of our wedding as a great christmas gift ....However, it would have cost me hundreds to do so and my pictures weren't even available yet. I still regret using Fallon's due to the amount of money I spent, time I waited and headaches they caused. However, the quality is great...It's just not worth all the stress. I've seen many other photograhers do just as good work (some even better).
