Review content:
When my washer stopped working, I did not know where to turn as we are new to the area. After reading this review & checking out Aspen's website, I decided to contact Kevin. We also feel strongly about supporting local, small business when we can. I was not disappointed. He was efficient in responding to my initial email and scheduling an appointment. He actually showed up early -- after calling to make sure I was home. He very quickly found the problem, had to leave to get the parts but was able to come back the same day to finish the repair. I was so thankful as I would have found it difficult to schedule a second appointment. He fixed the problem, was friendly & professional and all this for a reasonable charge. I know that if I have another appliance problem that I will be calling Kevin and you should, too!
