The company will rip you off. they have no remorse or anything they will never give you your money back and to work there must be hell.. they come to you home sending a 19 year old kid and then they try to talk to him on the phone to high pressure you into buying an 1800 kirby vacuum. good luck working here cuz this poor kid was getting yelled at and screamed at.. he was a new kid too only been there a few weeks i think. so good luck!
