Businiess name:  Chelsea Hotel

Review content:
Restaurant, bar, and rooms were dirty and smelly. Service was mediocre, phone and hair dryer were not working but promptly fixed once reported. Room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon after a call to the front desk asking for fresh towels and linen. Apparently, there is a resource conservation program in place at this hotel so one must indicate that daily service is wanted. A false fire alarm was endured at 4am on Sunday and management did not offer a full explanation or compensation for the horrible inconvenience of having to flee for dear life; waking up kids and grandparents to run down 20 flights of stairs half dressed and barely awake. Seriously doubt we will be returning here regardless of the special walkover packages offered for nearby restaurants and casinos. Pros: Free Valet/Self Park, Btwn Trop and Hilton, Close to boardwalk Cons: Dirty and Smelly, Mediocre service, Not inexpensive
