Sandwiches are the thing to get when visiting here. I recommend the Chicago Club. It's delicious, not super big, but very satisfying. I've tried a salad with the raspberry vinegarette dressing before, and I don't recommend that at all. Maybe it's just the dressing, or maybe it's just me, but it tasted like the ripe smell of a gym locker room right after a very intense basketball practice and no deodorant was used. How's that for vivid word-painting? Soups are just so-so. I've tried the Broccoli & Cheddar, French Onion, and their seafood gumbo (I think that's what the seafood one is called), and I wasn't that impressed with any of them. The French Onion was the only one I've ordered more than once based on flavor. Customer service is very hit or miss there. It seems to be whenever there's a manager on duty, the service is significantly better than when the manager is either off duty or focing their attention elsewhere. Sometimes I'll get a ""welcome!"" when I walk in, other times I'm waiting at the pick-up counter for a good 7 minutes before anyone acknowledges my presence. I wouldn't keep going there if it weren't for the tasty sandwiches though. It's right by my office too, so that contributes to the allure of this place. Give it a try, see what you think. Good luck.
