If there was 0 star, I would rate the owner Huy Pham with 0 star. His work was very dissappointing and very low quality.
I was annoyed with his unprofessionalism and tricks. He promised a few things in our family portrait package, but never complied. When we brought it up, he talked to us in a condescending and insulting way. He even argued with us saying that we were ridiculous to expect such thing. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT come to True Colors Photography. The owner does not care about good customer service. The low price is NOT worth it. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. It's a lesson learned!
