Review content:
What fantastic ambience. There are several fireplaces and the kitchen is open to the dining room. If the weather is nice, try a table outdoors.
The food...well it's great! You must try the garlic cheese bread - it's about the best I've ever had. The hamburger is incredible, the angel hair with goat cheese & tomato is superb, and the salads are great as well. I've never tried the seafood, but it looks great coming out of the kitchen. The only thing I recommend staying away from is the Beef Short Ribs - they are mostly fat and very tough.
Service is generally very acceptable, although not stellar. I've never had bad service.
Decent wine selection, and is priced reasonably considering the price point of the restaurant. With a moderately priced bottle of wine, salad, and entree for 2, expect to pay anywhere from $70 - $100, tip not included.
