Beware, you will sign a rental agreement and when you try to exercise your rights under the agreement and they don't approve, Andrea will threaten for you to move and fine another place to live and be very rude on the phone.
Andrea does not return phone calls and send you to VM most of the time!
The apartments are old and need work and when you request for something to be repaired count on some guy coming in and mickey mousing the job only to have to be redone a few months later.
Apartments have mold issues due to poor ventilation and will cost you allot to heat due to the old windows the apartments have.
Try to find another management company to rent from one that is honest and wont BREACH CONTRACT & THREATEN YOU.
Be Advised
Most of the time Sterling's Property's are run by family's or husband and wife team who don't work period (don't have actual real jobs) and bank on the fact that they get free rent and bills paid and don't have to follow the rules. You know, the type of people who are lazy to actually go out and get jobs to provide for their kids.
