0ct 8,2012.Jerry J. Scam artist Fraud Fraud Stay away from Fair Shake Plumbing! I paid Jim 823.00 for a back-up system for my sump called Sump-pro. Several months later after system malfunctioned Jim came to my home and took unit with him never to return with my Sump -pro or money i paid him After calling factory service dept. i found out unit Jim sold me was used and had not been manufactured since 1993 I have been trying to contact him for a year. No response PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
