I scheduled an appt wuth these clowns for 8:00 am on a work day (wed) eventhough I was gonna lose a days pay. I waited until 12:30 and finally called. The clown that answered the phone ( same cell number he called me on) claimed he had no recolection of our appt. and that it was impossible for him to get to my home the same day. I threatened to contact ""servicemagic"" the online reference service, and his answer wsa"" go ahead, I pay them so they can't touch me. I then asked if he is a member of the BBB and he answered "" yea what are they gonna do"" He offered no solutions to the problem stating ""its busy now, I dont wanna tell you I cant help you , but I can't""! Stay as far away from these unprofessional clowns, before you get burned too!
