Go in for oil change & fluid top offs & ask why a dashlight is on. We're told we needed 4 sensors, & they had then in stock. Ok, we ask price & were reluctantly given a price, but it was not the price they charged us! First off parts and/or fluid were very overpriced. Second labor is $15/hr more than other places. Third they charged for all fluids which was fine until they ALSO charged an additional $49+ more for ""supplies"". WHAT supplies? A few paper towels & use of their funnel to get the fluids into our RV? Sorry there were NO supplies used worth $49+! We were charged double for gal of anti-freeze ($12), $11 more than parts retail on each of 4 sensors ($44), $15/hr more on 2 hrs labor ($30), & $49+ on supplies which MAY have cost $1. We were overcharged at least $135+ if not more for this one visit to Camper Clinic. We will never return for any reason. I ran a repair shop for 20 yrs & this is not how you treat customers! Never again! Oh & the mechanic said there was a hydrolic fluid leak & it would take him 4 hrs ($400) to run a diagnostic & then more to repair? It took all of 30 minutes to find & fix which saved us that whopping $400 charge! Beware!
