Review content:
After reading Tigran Matinyan's negative review, I felt obligated to respond with the OTHER SIDE of the story. I explained to Tigran Matinayn that at the time of our phone conversation which lasted for approximately 45 minutes, there was a couple here at the dealership inquiring about the very same vehicle he was interested in. I made it very clear that they appeared to be extremely serious and were to be back the following day. He had offerred to send a deposit check via Fed-Ex. I told him that would be acceptable BUT with the exception that if the customer returned the following day to purchase the vehicle and I DID NOT have the deposit check in hand, I would NOT be able to hold the vehicle for him. He understood. The next day came and sure enough the customers from the previous day returned with payment in hand. I called Mr. Matinayn and told him that I would not be able to hold the vehicle for him and this is when he became abrasive. He couldn't understand why Fed-Ex had not delivered his deposit check at this point in the day (it was about 11:30am), when he had marked it for ""early delivery"". He hung up the phone with me and called Fed-Ex. He was informed by an employee of Fed-Ex that there WAS in fact a delay in the delivery of his envelope due to abnormally bad weather in the Mid-West area of the United States. He then called me back and began to explain all of this to me. I told him that I certainly understood his misfortune, but I had to sell it to the customers who were here at the dealership. He didn't agree with my decision then and clearly still didn't at the time he posted his experience on the internet.
