Review content:
I grew up on Mexican food probably because I am mexican...LOL...Anyhow, I would recommend eating at Puerto Vallarta especially if you are trying to have a relaxed, inexpensive romantic lunch or dinner. I am so surprise when I eat there that it is not totally packed, although Friday's and Saturdays, it usually is. The food is average but the service and enviornment is great. I am used to eating really hot spicy sauce with home made tortillas and beans. Now if you like Margaritas, this is the place for you. You must order a Midori Margarita, either blended or on the rocks. But be careful if you are driving because you will catch a buzz quickly. You might have to wait a bit or have someone else drive. In addition, the restuarant is located near the water and main street where you can take a safe walk downtown to work of those extra enchilladas.
Pros: More authentic than Chevy's
Cons: Its in Suisun City, kinda apart from the main downtown of Fairfield
