Businiess name:  Ojeda's

Review content:
We?re new to Dallas and were craving some Mexican food. After searching and reading various reviews we decided to dine at Ojeda?s on Maple Street. This restaurant is located on Maple with several other Hispanic eating establishments. We were greeted immediately and seated. Our wait staff acknowledged us quickly. The chips were served warm. What they say about the salsa being spicy is so true, which was a pleasure to us since we love spicy salsa. The salsa is left in a pour container on the table so you can have as much as you want. We ordered margaritas on the rocks after reading that they are known for being strong. Ojeda?s only allows you to have a maximum of 3 large margaritas due to the intensity of them?and only one if you are not eating. I?m a margarita snob and found their margaritas to be better than average. It wasn?t overly sweet and I could tell they were on the stronger side. We dined on enchiladas (spinach & chicken) and found them satisfying. The spinach was fresh and the meal WAS NOT greasy. Dinner was hot and ingredients appeared fresh. The service was fast, friendly & efficient?we never had an empty chip basket or drink. Pros: Great Service, Good Atmosphere, Salsa on the Table Cons: Note: They no longer make any homemade tortillas.
