Review content:
I just got back from vacation and when I went to pick up my kitty with my husband I noticed that the cat area has been completely renovated! Each cat is given a two level space that is newly carpeted, and some are even right next to the window. They are even graciously keeping two abandoned cats until they can find good homes for them. For a for-profit enterprise, that is a very kind thing to do, I gave them extra points for that. It shows that the people who run this place really do care about the animals they house there.
Pros: flexible check in/check out hours (if you call), newly renovated cat area, live in staff
Cons: needed better climate control (is pretty much "garage temperature")
