My time at O'Charley's Restaurant was an awful one. I took a date there, whom I will probably never talk to again she had such a bad time. They told me the wait would be 30, which is a long time. After waiting 45 minutes I was embarrassed and irritated. I had asked for non-smoking, and they had put me in some little table by the bar and the smoked poured in to our table it seemed, making it difficult to enjoy my food. The food took about 30 minutes to get out and my plate was very hot, probably because it was under a heating lamp in the kitchen or something. Would not recommend this Restaurant to anyone.
Pros: Nice Bar
Cons: Crowded, Bad Smoking Section, bad service
