If I could put ""minus"" one star I would do it. These people are all sweetness and light to your face, but the minute you turn around you'll feel a knife in your back. Lying and cheating is standard behavior over there. This is not sour grapes. There's only four units where I'm at but everybody who was here when I moved in have all moved out. Citing H&J as the primary reason they were leaving. I can understand why. I've documented everything, like I said, I'm not whining. The experiance has been something out of the Twilight Zone. The biggest problem is their total lack of communication. Which I guess explains all the subterfuge. If you're a homeowner thinking of going the property management route. You'll lose money with these people.
