Review content:
After reviewing the Guidelines, I am restricted in what I'd like to say about Dr. Gary Bills, which is too bad for people considering becoming his patients. I've known good doctors who were not only competent, but had good business sense, including professionalism and good people skills. DR. BILLS HAS NEITHER! From my own experiences, I can say without exaggeration Dr. Bills is a terrible listener, he is argumentative, prone to acting like a child and worse (e.g., making sneering faces, flipping the bird with both hands, gesturing like a monkey... and I've witnessed this as he did so in front of his office staff, who were quite embarrassed but too terrified to do anything for fear of jeopardizing their jobs). Dr. Bills' office manager (presumably his wife, girlfriend) has ZERO sense and is equally unprofessional, completely disrespectful for my rights as a patient. Some doctors are open minded and listen to their patients. However, Dr. Bill was close-minded, refusing to listen to what I had to say and formulated his opinion so vehemently that he would get angry if you dared to question what he said. Indeed, after he gave me advice for treatment, I questioned this, and he instantly decided he could no longer see/treat me. I later was able to see my regular doctor who had been out town, and he agreed that Dr. Bill's advice was not only wrong, but careless and inattentive. In addition, when it came time to request a copy of my records, Dr. Bill's OM actually put them in an envelope and taped them OUTSIDE the building for me to pick up, so that any kid on a bicycle could have run off with it. In addition, both Dr. Bills and his officer manager have zero integrity and they would not think twice before distorting the facts of a situation--that's right, lying and misstating things (such as dates) to cover up their incompetence. So, if you care about your health, your rights as a patient, your dignity as a human being, STAY AWAY FROM Dr. Gary Bills of Eastpointe! Pros: He was available and close by Cons: He's unprofessional, obnoxiously rude, careless, inattentive, dogmatic; office manager equally bad.
