First off?most of the staff is female which is kinda nice because they don?t make you feel stupid if you don?t know what the part you need is actually called. I just need the valve thingy for an older sink?they got it without rolling there eyes. One of the ladies working there has an electrical engineering degree so they?re not just there to look pretty?they know their stuff! They had a cute little snoodle dog behind the counter which was nice. This place is like an old fashioned hardware store?they have everything and will go the extra mile to help you get what you really NEED, not necessarily the thing you ask for...which is good because they saved me money. I was going to buy a whole valve but they sold me just the flange part. Instead of $23 I spent less than $1 and it?s been a week and still no leak!
