I initially thought I found the best bridal store as I absolutely loved my bridal consultant. She was so helpful and actually found my dress. I even recommended this store to a friend who purchased her dress there a month later! I decided to look at bridesmaid dresses at this store even though I was concerned about the prices. We ended up picking a dress from Bridal Boutique. Mind you, I have 8 girls...so that is 8 bridesmaids and 1 wedding dress. We made this store a lot of $$. When my girls got measured, each of them were told sizes that really did not match. They were told to go smaller then let out larger. Unfortunately, we went that route. We currently have one bridesmaid who does not fit into her dress. Additionally, they ordered the wrong size dress for one of my friends. They told her it was no big deal even though it did not fit AT ALL. They said that they would take the dress out. We brought the dress to another shop who said that professionally they would never take out a dress with such little material to work with and the dress would have permanent line/stains down the sides. Upon pick up of my wedding dress, they acted as though I was bothering the store members and I was ushered in and out of my dress. I do not trust the alterations department at this store either as they told me that my wedding dress fit me great while it was falling down. The store has since ignored all of calls, emails, and everyone who I speak with tells me that they will call me back. I am now 3 months to my wedding without the proper bridesmaid dress. POOR costumer service and would not recommend my worst enemy to go to this store.
