Review content:
I have never been to a medical center with such disregard to their patients well being. While waiting for a 4o'clock appointment an elderly lady was there who had to ask the doctor a quick question about medication she had to take and its affect on her health with other medication she was already on. Instead of help she was being yelled at by staff who said they had to close at 5 pm and could not help her. Mind you it was 4:25pm. We were not seen until 4:55 and the doctor who did see us was making excuses not to diagnose my wife. First he said we needed to get x-rays and come back tomorrow. We brought x-rays with us and then he said better ones needed to be taken. We also had a ct scan with us and he ran out of excuses about imaging. He finally said we needed to see a specialist and he could not help. He didn't even take a look at the ct scan. Besides the terrible service of this day my wife called the next day and was put on hold for 30 minutes. The nurse finally answered the phone and asked for our phone number and said she would call us back in 15 minutes as soon as the doctor finished with the patients. Well needless to say we never received a call back and when we called 20 minutes later the place was already closed. This place is just out to make money. I hope you aren't the one who they seriously screw up on.
Pros: Um... well we did find close parking but that is all the pros I could say about this place.
Cons: Everything else but the parking.
