Review content:
I had been a loyal customer at Lube Center for several years. On my last visit, the technician opened the glove compartment to check the cabin air filter. When he was done, he evidently failed to reattach all of the parts correctly. After leaving the shop, the heater began making a loud rattling noise. When I returned to the shop, they denied any responsibility. They were smug and indifferent, suggesting that I had caused the problem myself. I had been willing to pay more for quick and reliable service, but I was obviously mistaken about the staff at Lube Center. I strongly urge other people to take your business elsewhere. There are many alternatives which are much cheaper and you will undoubtedly get better service, too.
