Review content:
This pizza is as good as it gets. I challenge all New Yorkers to eat here.
The style is what I call San Francisco-Italian. That means that you get the delicate flavor of a real Italian pizza combined with a modified version of the more substantial crust of a New York style pizza. The crust is medium thin in the center with the telltale puffy edges that signify a truly angelic pizza. The center is just thick enough to stand up to the toppings, but is not overly crispy like an Italian pie, yet not overly doughy like even New Yorks best.
Once you appreciate the artistry that went to produce this marvelously well-balanced style, youll never want any other. Is that the best pizza you ever had? I asked a New Yorker. His reply: I wont admit it, but I cant deny it!
Say Hi to Rudy for me!
Pros: Pizza, Pizza, Pizza
