I've been doing my taxes at Corliss Tax for the last 3 years, and set up my appointment as usual for my taxes this year. I arrived at the tax office to find the lobby was full. This year I waited for about an hour before I could be seen by Mr. Corliss. In addition to the longer than usual wait time I was subjected to hearing the office staff be rude to customers on the phone, and make rude comments about them between calls. When I was finally allowed into the back room to begin the process I was told that Mr. Corliss was behind schedule. When I asked how much longer it would be the lady abruptly stopped what she was doing and brought in Mr. Corliss (quite odd actually). She proceeded to insult me by saying that ""This guy said he's been waiting for about an hour, but I don't believe him"". When I went to state my case, she proceeded to continue to argue that I had not been in the lobby for an hour. Needless to say I mentioned that I would probably not be doing my taxes there next year. She proceeded to state that ""I am Mr. Corliss' wife! You won't be threatening us....We're refusing you service!"" To that tune Mr. Corliss exited the room like a scared dog and I sat there with a stunned look on my face....needless to say, buyer beware if you are thinking about getting your taxes done there!
