Review content:
Command Uniforms has the worst customer service out of any retail business that I can think of. I've dealt with them on four separate occasions and the first time or two I thought that the ladies who work there were just having a bad day. After that I realized that they are just downright rude, not just to me but to everyone that comes in. The one lady in particular is named Rhonda. She definitely needs some customer service training. I'm not sure if she hates her job or maybe just has a chip on her shoulder but she is a nightmare. She treats customers like children and that's if you can get her to speak at all. She's just plain rude.
The store itself is large and the selection of products is decent but I'm just very disappointed with their customer service. I hate businesses that act like you are there to serve them instead of the other way around. They should realize that the only reason that they are in business is because of their customers and that they should treat their customers with respect.
I personally am going to take my business elsewhere. There are plenty of other Public Safety supply stores to shop at and they actually will appreciate your business.
Due to the poor customer service at Command Uniforms, I will never spend another penny there again.
