My friend tuned me into Pah Ke's when I visited him from LA couple of years ago. On another trip with the family, I went in to pick up couple of dishes and then Raymond (the owner) told me he could do gluten-free for my son. We had exceptional dinner, with my son (who is Celiac) being treated to a wonderful gluten-free fare. With few days left on the island, we came back with friends and again we were not disappointed. I am so impressed with Raymond who is not only a master chef in preparing innovative cuisine, but also in assuring that his cooking processes are tailored to persons with food allergies.
