Review content:
The absolute worst experience ever...Had to have an engined replaced in a 96 Chevy Blazer. Theilson gives a good, wholesome, Christian facade and told us (I counted) four different lies. They replaced my engine and ""the fuel pump went out""...without calling us for approval he replaced the fuel pump...$500.00...our total bill was $3200.00. After picking it up I filled the tank with gas and gas flowed out of the top of the tank.they rolled the seal.had to take it back.next day picked it up..asted for a week and it broke down in 105 degree weather.walked 5 miles to get home.they checked it out and gave me some bs line about how the ignition module was cut into and threw the engine out of time...whatever...picked it up and it broke down on me again.105 degrees outside again.pushed it into a lube place and they told me the fuel pressure was too low which meant wrong fuel pump.I called and talked to Kenny he said it registered 57 on the fuel gauge.the Blazer requires 60-66.I asked them to pick it up and he said if you give it a minute the fuel pump will cool off and it will be driveable...it broke down on the way there...again 105 degree weather...by this time I was fuming.when I went in to drop the key off Theilson...the owner told me ""it registered 65 on the gauge"".I told him his mechanic said 57, abruptly.I was a little mad since it had broken down on me 3 times now in two days and 4 times in a week and had spent $3200.00 on it...after I got short with him he told me I NEEDED TO GET A GRIP.What!!!.they finally put the right fuel pump on and he decided to list all kinds of things on a sheet of paper.apparently he talked to my mother and he decided to include my dead father in his listings.who does he think he is???
Cons: everything about it
