BE CAREFUL! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I had this company do a 50k bathroom renovation. The work was shotty with no attention to detail (he did have a tile subcontractor that did beautiful work). The sheetrock was so bad the painter refused to paint it three times! I spoke to the painter the other day, he said that he no longer works with Mr. Donaldson and that the subcontractor he had working on my home was in jail due to taking advanced fees from people for construction work he never completed! I had this man IN MY HOUSE EVERYDAY!!! I have a skylight that is STILL leaking. He was over a month over his timeline. I refused to pay him until the work was completed. He told me to go to hell, walked off my jobsite and put a lean on my house. After I spoke with his attorney...Mr. Donaldson was advised byu his attorney to complete the job. He sent another subcontractor that could not believe the shotty work that was done. He did complete the work to my satisfaction. A month later the skylight began to leak. I called Mr. Donaldson and he told me he was in no hurry to fix it...and that I should understand why! He sent a roofer but no work was actually done. The skylight leaked again today I am soooo frustrated and wanted to tell my story.
