Stewart was very pleasant and congenial, very eager to meet me as a new customer. We happened to get a package of ""bellybuster"" hotdogs that were rotten, they were eaten by 5 family members and we all got diarrhea within 5 minutes of their consumption, along with vomiting and chills. The food poisoning ran it's course within a day or so and all we wanted to do was return the unused hotdogs that smelled like death reheated and get a fair exchange. When I entered Landphair I was greeted by the older lady and politely explained that the hotdogs had gone bad, she immediately got very shitty with me telling me that ""we have never had a complaint about the hotdogs"" I explained to her that I was proud to be the first and that now she could proudly state that she had indeed had a complaint about rotten hotdogs, she muttered something nasty under her breath and treated me like a criminal. Let me tell ya something lady, the hotdogs were spoiled...you acted like an insolant brat and lost a lot of customers with your shitty remarks and pissy attitude...THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I WILL SAY THAT STEWART IS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND IF THE OLD LADY IS SO SURE THE HOTDOGS WERE GOOD, THROW A FEW ON THE GRILL AND CHOKE 'EM DOWN, hell I'll even bring you some toilet paper and a bag of icewhen your butthole catches fire from overuse. I will never shop Landphair again and I will never recommend your establishment to anybody!
