Had a membership with this gym several years ago when it was under a different name. Payed my membership off in full via debit card monthly. A few years later, someone in their office under this new gym name, had the audacity to debit my bank account for two more payments! When I went down there to address the problem, the manager was very rude. When I went to the back office to straighten it out and get my money back, the women there told me to bring my contract. Where's a copy of their contract I signed???? Hmmmm. I couldn't find my contract because this is about 2 years later they decide to take money out of my bank!!! I finally did find the contract proving my account was paid two years prior so what right do they have taking money out of my bank two years later???? TO date, I have still not been reimbursed for the stealing from my bank account. For this reason, I give them a zero and do not recommend giving gyms your bank account number to debit your account!
