Review content:
This is my first blog on a business of any kind, but, this guy asked for it. I had called this business from a search on my laptop. Yes, he was nice enough to stay open a little late for me; however, the rest turn into a nightmare. I had dried my laundry and I was looking for a hanger and found a bunch on a cart and I was scolded by management and they were for private use. I ask the person if front how much they were and he said, ""15 cents."" Here I just spent $10.00 in his establishment and I had to buy hangers. Maybe I should haven't felt so upset and insulted and brushed it off, but, I waited to call and leave a complaint; however, called it constructive criticism. The same person answered and I told this person that I found it poor practice to charge for hangers, after I had spent money in their place. I had always returned my hangers at the cleaners I use. I should get the same courtesy and I find that I your customer service was poor and apathetic comments was returned. I reply that I will never come back and I will list a blog. II hung up. Instantly, I received a returned call for the manager asking why I did not ask for him and be man enough and tell me. I told him my exact feelings, like a man, and I told him that the customer was #1. He abruptly replied that the customer is NOT #1. I say hold on; I work in customer service and I know a little about this area. His explaination was these hangers were an expense and that why he has to sell them. I said look, I had spent $10.00 at his place and I can't get hangers to hang a couple of shirts? He said I should come back over to discuss the matter and the way he voice sounded, he had no intentions of discussion; maybe a confrontation and I said no. I told that I will never come back and I will list a blog about my horrifying experience. I told him that the internet is powerful tool. Well he felt it wasn't a threat to him and said go ahead and do it and I am not welcomed at his business. So, I had to 0blige him.
Cons: Needs to realize that in these days the customer IS #1.
