Jennifer has an uncanny ability to assess chaos and find organized solutions. She is always several steps ahead of me, but I never know it until the project is over. Her patience seems unending and she knows just how to lead without making me feel led. There's something in her that just ""gets it."" Her time management strategies and general support have uncluttered my desk as well as my brain. I don't know what I would do without her!
