In my opinion, Napa Autowerke is one of very very few premiere automobile repair shops in Napa. Well trained and friendly staff. They are friendly and quick to to honestly address almost any automobile concern. The staff have an old small town Napa style that is refreshing to see in this day and age. I am in my sixth decade in Napa, so I feel my opinion has a pretty fair degree of validity. I have also owned over 60 or 70 cars in my life.
Pros: nice clean facility. honest auto repair techs.
Cons: still trying to think of some. not sure I will. i do not work there nor have any interest or relatives in the facility
