Review content:
If pictures of your wedding or family are important to you, I would advise going with another photographer. Our wedding was wonderful except for the horrible experience we had with Silver line Photography and Victor Carreon and his assistant. The owner Vic moved offices several times to the point where I had to meets him at his assistance apartment. It took over 10 months just to get some of our photos, we thought we would never see any of our wedding photo?s again. We had to chase Vic just to get some of what we paid him almost $3K for. He never returned any of our phone calls. He blamed his brother, the printer and everyone else but himself for the horrible service he provided. Our wedding photos were blurry and grainy. The lighting was overly faded in many photos (Not what you would expect from a so called professional photographer). The photographer didn't pay attention to what we wanted (the client) and ignored specific instruction and emails to change and correct several screwed up photos. He put duplicate photos on the same page of our horrible album. Our album had several blurry and grainy pictures that a 2 year could take. He refused to correct his mistakes and in our opinion provided a piece of garbage for our album. My wife and I are completely dissatisfied with Silver Line Photography. The owner sent his armature brother to shoot over a 1/3 of our wedding photography and it was horrible and unusable. Vic and his assistant were extremely rude and unprofessional to us on several occasions. When we first met him he was bad mouthing another client who was complaining, it should have been a sign of the service we would receive. I would advise anyone against using this photographer. It was the worst experience of our lives dealing with Vic and his assistant. We hope that no one will experience the frustration, dissatisfaction and horrible service experience we had with a photographer like Victor Carreon (Silver Line Owner). Good luck on finding a good photographer.
