Review content:
Prices are higher than next closest shipping store on faxes and packing, but location was convenient for me so I used it. Recently had an issue with the store failing to provide services as promised. The owner is dishonest and is solely interested in money regardless of whether customers are treated fairly. The owner basically implied I was lying and she stole the mailbox deposit I was entitled to. Beware of this store!!! It is a franchise and operates at the whim of the owner whose business practices are a disgrace to UPS!
